Studies Demonstrate Acupuncture Significantly Reduces Insomnia


This 2007 review of studies confirms that acupuncture significantly reduces insomnia. There are so many Americans who are on sleeping medications needlessly. i see wonderful results in my practice. i usually use a winning combination of acupuncture and herbs. KB
